Fleeting glance…

Like the falling drops of rain

Rolling down my head

Like the moving grains of sand

Rushing down my hand

Like the lashing waves that never return

Washing away my footsteps

Like the breeze that travels along

Touching me and moving on

Like that stroking of the hair

Leaving the heart pounding for more

Like many such things

That just come and go

Time only seems to sprint away

So hold on to it

and don’t let the seconds go

Nice Poem Blog 2 start with.Think u hv just started blogging.
Don c much traffic here.

nehow, i am also not a popular blogger.Check my blog s.times.

My View on ur poem: Time is like quicksand, it won't stay. V can only hold it by making it worthwhile.
Remmber Kipling's IF
"And if you can make the unfogiving minute,
With sixty seconds worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it"

Neha,
Good job done, Keep it up.

If I may repeat the old saying "time and tide wait for none" - Difficult to hold time.
Yes there is one way to hold time -move ahead of it, again a very tough task, But can be achieved.

Come over to the valley leaving behind all tensions and worries. Hassles of the materialistic life can wait. You may achieve what you want. You can get back into time and relive the past.

Keep up the good work

Take Care
